Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Playwright)

Job Summary:  

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring over 5+ years of expertise in both automation and manual testing, with substantial experience in load and performance testing.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into test cases. 
• Identify, document, and track bugs, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. 
• Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework. 
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of the application. 
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. 
• Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation. 
• Provide regular reports on testing activities, quality metrics, and team performance. 

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience automation and manual testing. 
• Extensive experience in load and performance testing, including tool utilization. 
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. 
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting. 
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure Devops, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI). 
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git. 
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
