Role Summary

You will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve working with Selenium, Spring Application Framework, and developing a test automation strategy to improve control, accuracy, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
• Design and implement a test automation strategy to improve control, accuracy, and integrity.
• Conduct detailed analysis of test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in test automation and quality engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in computer science or a related field
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in automation testing
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Selenium
• Proficiency in Spring Application Framework and Test Automation Strategy
• Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Solid grasp of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
