Design and implement automated test scripts for warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain applications.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman).
Understand warehouse processes such as inventory control, order management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns to build real-world test scenarios.
Conduct API testing and integration testing for backend services supporting warehouse operations.
Perform functional, regression, system, and performance testing of WMS platforms.
Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, product, and development teams to define test plans and strategies.
Identify, document, and track software defects and work with developers to resolve them.
Continuously improve test automation strategies to enhance coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
Ensure quality standards are met before product releases and after system updates.
Analyze warehouse operation workflows to identify opportunities for QA process improvements.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Key Skills
Strong experience in automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
Experience in API automation testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Familiarity with warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.
Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (like Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) is a plus.
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
