Based in downtown Chicago, this is a boutique team of software engineers, quantitative analysts, and IT specialists focused on deploying a proprietary algorithmic trading system. They are looking for a Software Engineer In Test. This system is offered through their FINRA-registered broker-dealer, which caters to a select group of institutional clients, including hedge funds, primary dealers, and proprietary trading firms.

Established in 2013, the company is made up of a tight-knit team of roughly 13 individuals. They emphasize teamwork and open dialogue, often engaging in collaborative discussions where all team members can share their insights and help shape project strategies. The office environment is energetic and inclusive, with music playing throughout the day to foster a lively and approachable atmosphere. You will be writing test scripts and building frameworks from scratch while automating the UI side which is coded in C#.
