Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement a scalable, maintainable, and robust test automation framework for web, mobile, and API platforms
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers to define automation requirements and best practices
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable delivery
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks for test automation
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts, test data, and test environments
• Mentor and train other QA engineers on automation best practices and framework usage
• Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability of the automation system
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and drive quality improvements
• Document automation architecture, processes, and guidelines
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in test automation
• Proven experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance, load, and spike testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust)
• Hands-on experience with mobile automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)
• Familiarity with testing marketing platforms or campaign management systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic)
