We are looking for an experienced QA Associate Manager to join our User Experience QA Team.

You’ll be reporting to the User Experience QA Manager and Head of QA and you’ll be responsible for supporting them and the team in various aspects, including revamping our approach to Functional or Performance tests, aggregating and interpreting data across multiple projects, recruiting new talent, providing information and mentorship to QA Project Managers and QA Leads, managing resources, or developing and implementing new operational and business transformation ideas.

You’ll be working with various Stakeholders, such as Game Producers, Game Managers, Game Developers, Release and Operations Managers, other QA specializations, QA Managers, etc… to take the best decisions for providing a top-notch QA Service.

You’ll apply an Entrepreneurial mindset to identify problems and/or opportunities by yourself, developing plans to address them, getting the buy in from Stakeholders and decisional factors, ultimately behaving as an internal Business Leader.

  • Develop and implement Functional or Performance strategies, goals, and policies
  • Advocate for and drive the mission, vision and direction of the team
  • Oversee daily activities of QA Project Managers and QA Leads
  • Ensure QA teams support and adhere to project milestones
  • Identify areas for improvement within QA workflows
  • Stay updated on Functional or Performance trends and emerging QA technologies, advocating for them internally and supporting their integration
  • Drive best practice implementations inside the QA teams
  • Lead initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure quality goals are met
  • Provide regular updates to QA Management on project and teams performance, challenges, and outcomes
  • Define and track key QA metrics to measure performance and identify bottlenecks
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and guide future QA initiatives
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for upper management
  • Identify potential risks and work to mitigate them proactively


  • 3+ years’ experience in a Functional or Performance management or technical role across multiple Console/PC/Mobile platforms
  • Expert Functional or Performance knowhow in at least one platform (Bonus points for multiple platforms)
  • Functional or Performance-oriented exposure to all gaming platforms (Console, PC, Mobile, Netflix, Apple Arcade, etc.)
  • Worked on and/or shipped 3+ major Console/PC/Mobile titles
  • Actively worked with 5+ Development Teams simultaneously
  • Bonus points for knowhow of Automation/AI integration in a gaming context
  • Good overall understanding of Gaming Production & Delivery pipelines
  • Great expertise in testing methodologies, processes, technologies, best practices, tools
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
  • Client orientation, with a focus on solving Functional and Performance needs
  • Analytical mindset, proactively interpreting complex data to prevent blockers
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, growth mindset, solution oriented
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards
