You’ll be working on international, diversified, greenfield projects, ranked from small to mid-size, typically lasting around 1–2 years. As a Tech Lead, you’ll guide agile teams, shape technical direction, and drive software excellence.

What You Have

• 6+ years of strong proficiency in Python, with proven leadership in guiding technical teams
• 2–5 years of experience with ORM frameworks, preferably SQLAlchemy
• Experience in architecting, writing, and overseeing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Deep understanding of Python frameworks, including Django, Flask, FastAPI
• Solid experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery, RabbitMQ)
• Expertise in SOLID principles and the ability to enforce these principles across a development team
• Proficiency in database technologies, with a focus on PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI and leading technical decisions on its usage
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ensuring smooth integration into development workflows
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
