ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Python Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced cyber capabilities while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities * Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems * Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks * Communicate status with leadership and customers * Ensure software standards are met Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma and 8+ years' experience with software development * Experience with Python programming * Experience with troubleshooting and debugging * Experience with network protocols like TCP/IP or similar * Experience with socket level programming Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field * Experience with CNO capability development * Experience with C/C++ programming * Experience with software analysis, reverse engineering or unit testing * Experience using Atlassian products * Experience managing or leading teams * Understanding of assembly programming concepts Security Clearance Requirements: * Must have active/current TS/SCI with polygraph Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain stationary at least 50% of the time. The projected compensation range for this position is $138,700.00-$231,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
