ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Python Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD.

As a valued member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced cyber capabilities while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities

• Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems

• Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks

• Communicate status with leadership and customers

• Ensure software standards are met

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and 8+ years’ experience with software development

• Experience with Python programming

• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging

• Experience with network protocols like TCP/IP or similar

• Experience with socket level programming

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• Experience with CNO capability development

• Experience with C/C++ programming

• Experience with software analysis, reverse engineering or unit testing

• Experience using Atlassian products

• Experience managing or leading teams

• Understanding of assembly programming concepts

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must have active/current TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain stationary at least 50% of the time.
