Job Description:

We are looking to onboard 6 Python Selenium Test Automation Engineers and 1 Scrum Master (with hands-on automation experience) for an immediate opportunity. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in Python automation frameworks with Selenium, with the ability to quickly understand test requirements and translate them into robust scripts.

The team is working toward a major milestone with a tight deadline, and we are looking for individuals who can contribute effectively from day one with minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and Selenium.
• Analyze manual test cases and convert them into automated scripts.
• Ensure test coverage and script reliability to support rapid development.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Development, and Scrum teams.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot test failures.
• Work in a hybrid model from our Whitefield office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in automation testing using Python and Selenium.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in scripting, execution, and reporting.
• Quick adaptability and strong analytical skills.
• Agile team experience is a plus.
• Healthcare domain experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with risk mitigation and resource allocation strategies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
