Summary

One of the top systematic trading firms globally, known for its data-driven culture and cutting-edge infrastructure is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join one of their newer high performing teams that supports and enhances their trading strategies and research capabilities. The group is highly collaborative with world-class quants, researchers, and technologists that have come together to solve complex problems in portfolio optimization, signal development, and execution strategies. You'll be able to make an immediate impact, having a direct effect on maximizing returns and driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable optimization tools to support alpha research and portfolio construction.
  • Collaborate with quant researchers and portfolio managers to translate models into production code.
  • Enhance backtesting and simulation infrastructure to improve algos
  • Build data pipelines and tools to support research teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ YOE in a quantitative, data-intensive environment
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy)
  • Solid understanding of optimization techniques (convex, combinatorial, portfolio optimization)
  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science from a top 25 university (Math/Stats minor is plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a high-performance environment.
