About the Role

We’re hiring a passionate Python Developer to design, develop, and optimise high-performance applications. Whether it’s backend systems, data pipelines, automation, or APIs, you’ll play a key role in shaping our technical landscape.

Key Responsibilities

·        Application Development: Build, test, and maintain Python-based applications, scripts, and tools.

·        Backend Services: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

·        Data Processing: Implement solutions for data analysis, ETL pipelines, or machine learning integration (Pandas,

NumPy, etc.).

·        Automation: Create scripts to streamline workflows, deployments, or system tasks.

·        Database Integration: Work with SQL (Postgresql, Mysql) or Nosql (Mongodb) databases and ORM libraries.

·        Code Quality: Write clean, modular code with unit tests (pytest, unittest) and documentation.

·        Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, data scientists) to deliver end-to-end

solutions.

·        Performance Tuning: Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and resource efficiency.

·        Security: Apply best practices for secure coding and data protection.

·        Deployment: Use Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and libraries.
• Experience with relational/non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Soft Skills:

• An analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• DevOps skills (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming (asyncio, Celery).
• Experience with cloud-native development (AWS Lambda, serverless).
• Contributions to open-source Python projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
