Responsibilities:

• Develop RESTful APIs using Python to support backend operations and interface with OpenStack and other downstream systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and defects.
• Understand project-specific business and technical requirements for effective solution implementation.
• Write optimized, reusable, and non-redundant code.
• Visualize datasets and contribute to algorithm optimization (especially valuable for web development and data science).

Requirements:

• Basic programming proficiency in Python
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with Functional Programming principles
• 1-2 years of experience in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with APIs, data structures, and Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to produce client deliverables such as:

• Detailed design documentation
• Unit test plans
• Clean, well-documented code

Familiarity with:

• REST API development
• Source control systems like Git
• Issue tracking tools like Jira
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, REST, client/server model)
• Database experience with SQL/NoSQL tools (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Competence in Linux, DevOps, and web servers
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
