Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web scraping scripts using Python and Selenium to extract data from websites and APIs.
• Analyze customer requirements, identify data sources, and implement efficient data collection and integration processes.
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code while ensuring scalability and adherence to coding standards.
• Utilize tools like Beautiful Soup for data cleaning and preprocessing to support analysis.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to perform code reviews and propose application improvements or upgrades.
• Conduct performance tuning and automate application workflows for optimal efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with corporate clients and coordinate effectively with team members and management.
• Collaborate with development teams to determine and meet application requirements.
• Manage and prioritize daily tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Python with strong experience using Selenium and Beautiful Soup.
• Solid understanding of data structures, OOP concepts, and key Python features such as iterators, modules, and MySQL integration.
• Strong knowledge of web scraping techniques, HTML, CSS, XPath, Regex, and HTML DOM.
• Familiarity with libraries such as Requests, Scrapy, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Plotly.
• Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and file formats like JSON, XML, Excel, and CSV.
• Hands-on experience with development tools like Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and PyCharm.
• Knowledge of REST APIs is an added advantage.
• Strong debugging skills using tools like GDB.
• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
