About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Python developer who thrives in an onsite, fast-paced, and innovative environment. You’ll be working on IoT-driven Smart Locker Systems running on Linux-based OS, integrating with cloud applications and APIs.

This is a technical role, where your expertise will set the direction for the team, but you won’t just oversee things—you’ll be in the code, solving real-world problems. No management-only roles here—this is for true Python ninjas who want to build, debug, and optimize systems at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Writing high-performance Python code for Linux-based IoT devices.

✔ Deploying applications using Docker and ensuring smooth operations on Linux environments.

✔ Working closely with hardware engineers and cloud developers to create seamless API integrations.

✔ Debugging and optimizing real-time applications for Smart Locker solutions.

✔ Providing technical guidance to the team, shaping best practices without being a manager.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Mid-Level Python Developer with a hands-on mindset (not just a team lead or manager).

✔ Strong experience with Linux-based OS and containerized deployments using Docker.

✔ Experience in IoT, embedded systems, or hardware-software integrations is a plus.

✔ Comfortable working onsite only—this role requires direct collaboration with hardware & engineering teams.
