Job Title: Python Developer – L3 Technical Support & Integrations

About the Role: 

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our development team to cover different L3 Technical support tasks and extra features implementation. In this role, you'll dive deep into complex issues, resolve bugs, and develop new features. You’ll also handle integration with various third-party platforms. This is a hybrid role blending support engineering with new feature development responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as an L3 technical support engineer for AI-based systems – analyze, troubleshoot, reproduce, and fix complex issues escalated from L2 support and QA team. 
• Debug and resolve backend issues in production and staging environments. 
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify root causes and deliver robust solutions. 
• Design and implement new features based on user feedback and business requirements. 
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Mailchimp, Discord, customer review platforms, etc.). 
• Monitor, log, and report recurring problems to improve system reliability. 
• Maintain documentation for fixes, workarounds, and system behavior. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of professional experience with Python. 
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex backend systems. 
• Strong skills in algorithms 
• Familiarity with third-party API integration (e.g., REST, OAuth). 
• Experience with databases (SQL, No-SQL). 
• Solid understanding of version control (Azure Git). 
• Familiarity with websocket, cron jobs, and scheduled tasks. 
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and support notes. 
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset. 
• Readiness to work with timeshifting to EST timezone. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, or cloud platforms (Azure DevOps). 
• Understanding and knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Commercial LLM/LMM models integration 
• Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Experience in a technical support or DevOps environment.
