We are looking for a skilled Python Automation Engineer with strong expertise in 3GPP Core Network, 2G/3G/4G/5G Gateways (GW), SMSC, and IMS Testing. Deep understanding of the telecom domain and experience in automating test processes for telecom networks and services. Key Responsibilities: o Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python for telecom network testing. o Automate testing for 3GPP Core Network, IMS, SMSC, and 2G/3G/4G/5G network elements. o Develop test scripts and execute test cases for functional, performance, and regression testing of telecom systems. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and software developers, to improve automation strategies. o Ensure compliance with 3GPP standards and best practices in telecom network testing. o Utilize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle. o Document test strategies, results, and automation processes for future reference. Required Qualifications & Skills: o 8+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on telecom networks. o Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing automation scripts and frameworks. o In-depth knowledge of 3GPP Core Network architecture and protocols. o Experience in testing 2G/3G/4G/5G gateways (GW), SMSC, and IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem). o Hands-on experience with automation tools like Robot Framework, PyTest, or Selenium. o Understanding of network protocols (SIP, Diameter, SS7, GTP, VoLTE, VoWiFi, etc.). o Exposure to test simulators, traffic generators, and network analyzers. o Experience in Linux environments and scripting (Bash, Shell) and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git Preferred Qualifications: o Experience with cloud-based telecom solutions and virtualization technologies (NFV, SDN). o Exposure to OpenStack, Kubernetes, or cloud-native 5G core. o Knowledge of telecom test tools like Spirent, Wireshark, IXIA, or Landslide.
