About the Role:

• Work directly alongside traders to design and implement a sophisticated systematic trading environment.
• Initially, develop Python libraries enabling traders to define and rigorously backtest strategies.
• Long-term vision: evolve the solution into a fully-fledged no-code trading platform with intuitive dashboard execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Proven experience building trading solutions directly for trading desks, ideally in a buy-side environment.
• Ability to collaborate closely with traders and influence product direction.
