Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities:

 Collaborate with a high-performing team of data managers, reporting professionals, and data scientists

to deliver ad hoc analysis and self-serve analytical systems, including Tableau dashboards and machine

learning recommendations

 Help create and maintain an SQL and python code base supporting and delivering HR business logic,

including data models, dictionaries, validations, and delivery via REST

 Write and troubleshooting SQL queries and python code

 Understand complex analytics use cases and provide solutions, while complying with best practices of HR

analytics and optimization of the analytics platform

 Build and automate easy to use, self-service reports and dashboards on Tableau software

 Transform large datasets into reports and visualizations from which leaders and HR professionals can

easily draw insights and recommendations

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

 Experience in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (e.g. Flask, Django)

 Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.

 Familiarity with at least one code repository (e.g. Git, SVN) and pipeline and cloud tooling tools

(e.g. Docker, Jenkins, AWS, Azure).

 Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and

environments

 Experience analyzing data and creating reports using SQL, including creating database schemas

to represent and support business processes

 Preferred: experience working with SAAS HR Systems (e.g. Workday) and Tableau

 Preferred: 2+ years of experience working directly with business end-users.
