Job Title: Python Developer cum Trainer (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python Developer cum Trainer to join our team. This role involves both hands-on development work and training aspiring developers. Ideal candidates will have strong Python programming knowledge and the ability to clearly explain concepts to learners. This is a night shift position, suitable for professionals who prefer late working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Python development tasks, tools, or internal projects during the shift on AI related project
• Train and mentor students or junior developers in Python programming (live sessions or recorded modules)
• Design and update Python-based course materials, assignments, and coding exercises
• Provide regular feedback to learners and support their growth
• Track and report progress of both development and training work
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement in course delivery and training quality

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python programming and related libraries
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching (preferred)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, simple manner
• Familiarity with frameworks like Flask, Django, or data-related libraries is a plus
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently during night shifts
