Senior Python Developer with Expert-Level GitLab CI/CD Experience (Embedded Systems Focus)

We're seeking a senior-level Python developer who brings exceptional GitLab CI/CD expertise — someone who lives and breathes .gitlab-ci.yml configuration, GitLab Runner administration, and complex pipeline orchestration across embedded environments.

This role is far more than standard Python development — it's about owning and evolving our CI/CD strategy. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize GitLab pipelines that power high-performance development and testing workflows for embedded software projects.

What we’re really looking for:

• A true GitLab CI/CD rockstar — someone who has hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting GitLab pipelines in fast-paced environments.
• GitLab Admin-level knowledge is a huge plus — including managing Runners, optimizing performance, securing workflows, and integrating third-party tools.
• Proven experience in embedded systems development and deployment pipelines — ideally with engineers who’ve set up and scaled GitLab CI/CD from the ground up.
