🔹 Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Back-End Python Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and microservices architecture, along with experience in test automation (TDD/BDD) and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes or equivalent technologies. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance back-end systems that support our applications and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Python.

• Implement test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrations with front-end and third-party services.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent containerization/orchestration tools to deploy and manage services efficiently.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

• Write and maintain clear documentation for developed services and APIs.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in backend development.

🔹 Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and back-end development.

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Hands-on expertise in test automation using TDD/BDD methodologies.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent containerization and orchestration tools.

• Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of API gateways and service mesh solutions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

• Understanding of security best practices in backend development.

• Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
