Job Title: SDET – Python, AWS Automation Engineer
Experience: 4+ Years

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer with a focus on Python programming and AWS cloud technologies.
  
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with AWS services:
  
• S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, CloudWatch, and Kafka
  
• Proficient in automation testing using tools such as:
  
• pytest
  
• boto3 (AWS SDK for Python)
  
• TestNG and Spring Boot test for backend testing
  
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage automation frameworks using Python.
  

Work Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Systems Analysts, and Developers to ensure quality in delivery.
  
• Design and implement automation frameworks and test suites in Python.
  
• Execute and manage automated test scripts during and after product deployment.
  
• Contribute to GitLab pipeline integration for continuous testing and deployment.
  
• Take ownership of test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.
  
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
  
• Actively mentor and support developers and QA automation teams.
  
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging code and systems.
  
• Effective at root cause analysis and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

·We are specifically looking for a candidate with deep Python expertise who can build automation frameworks from scratch and is comfortable working in an AWS cloud-based environment.
