Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Pytest, and Robot Framework.
• Design and execute automated tests for web and mobile applications using Selenium and Appium.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated API test scripts using the requests library.
• Perform network-level testing including validation of protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS,etc.
• Build and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Debug test failures, log defects, and collaborate with developers for quick resolution.
• Simulate and validate application behavior in various network conditions.
• Use tools such as Wireshark, Postman, and browser dev tools to analyze traffic and debug issues
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, cases, and execution reports.
• Stay updated with the latest in test automation tools and best practices.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience in automation scripting.
• Expertise in Pytest and Robot Framework.
• Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver for web testing and Appium for mobile automation (Android/iOS).
• Experience using Python’s requests library for API testing.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, XPath, and JavaScript for DOM interactions.
• Good knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, FTP, etc.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line and scripting.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
