  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Python Developer with strong develop, test and maintain high-quality software using Python programming language.
  • Create large-scale data processing pipelines to help developers build and train novel machine
  • Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.
  • Participate in the entire Agile lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proven experience in fine-tuning and optimizing generative AI models.
  • Strong background in designing AI agents and implementing recommender systems.
  • Experience building and maintaining inference pipelines for AI model deployment.
  • Proficiency in managing deployment and versioning pipelines for machine learning models.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop tools for continuous validation of models in production.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering design practices and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with transformer models and text embeddings.
  • Track record of deploying and managing ML models in production environments.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, and SpaCy.
