We’re currently in search of an independent thinking, quick-thinking, outgoing and productive Purchasing & Receiving Supervisor to join our industry-leading team. The person in this role will manage and oversee the purchasing and receiving of goods and products for our hotel.

About You...

Experience in accounting and finance is a plus

Minimum One-year Prior Supervisory Experience In Purchasing, Receiving, Storeroom

College degree preferred

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Teams

Knowledgeable of purchasing and receiving, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.

Requirements...

Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit;

Valid class 12 MAST permit;

Current Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain one within 2 weeks of employment;

Valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards;

Ability to read, write and speak English;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Safely operate a powered and non-powered pallet jack;

People Person – proven ability to provide exceptional customer service;

Strong organizational skills;

Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and create short correspondence and memos;

Ability to work as a team player and accept assignments from multiple individuals;

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
