We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Global Esports Community Manager based in Singapore to oversee and grow the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports community. This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for esports. Fluency in Arabic or Bahasha is a plus, which will help in reaching out to a wider and diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the size, activity, and loyalty of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang community globally.
• Create and manage engaging community events, both online and offline, such as tournaments and ecosystem news.
• Foster positive relationships with players, fans, influencers, and partners to enhance the overall community experience.
• Actively participate in community discussions on various platforms (forums, social media, Discord, etc.) to answer questions, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Set up and manage MLBB’s ecosystem social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, etc.), forums, and in-game communities.
• Produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for the community, including but not limited to blog posts, social media updates, videos, and live streams.
• Collaborate with internal local marketing teams to ensure that community-related content aligns with the overall brand and product strategy.
• Curate user-generated content and showcase it within the community to encourage further participation.
• Drive the coordination of localized campaigns for key markets (SEA, MENA, and emerging markets) to reflect cultural nuances.
• Monitor sentiment and address community issues (e.g., balance changes, bugs) proactively.
• Synthesize player feedback into actionable insights for game updates and events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the mobile gaming and esports industries, both globally and in Singapore.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang community, and use this information to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Good experience in community management, preferably in the mobile gaming or esports industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and the esports ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong adaptability to new environments and excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, community management tools, and esports platforms.
• A passion for mobile gaming and esports, and a desire to build and grow a vibrant community.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global brands or cross-regional teams.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and influencer marketing strategies.
• Passion for gaming and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Crisis management skills and empathy in handling sensitive player issues.
