Regular check Prototype order by internal customer (techn. Definition of PT order by requestor (e.g. PM)) enter PT request in PT tool (e.g. CT ProtoNet) / Check and align completeness of documentation and release status
Prototype order processing, cost & timing estimation, quotation
Collaborate the order with department team and Project Managers proactively communicate changes in timing and/ or quantities incl. potential risks
Weekly Prototype status report and clarify urgency of PT orders and demands as input for priority setting, in time escalation
Collect forecast figure by project / Project Manager and Prototype production capacity track
Project Budget spending control
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering is preferred
Professional Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years experience on project management / new product planning management
Good command of written and oral English
Very goal-oriented attitude, an ability to work independently
Good communication skills, team work spirit
