Engage Contracting is looking for a Proposal Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the complete proposal process. The individual must demonstrate a complete understanding of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or Request for Qualification (RFQ) process.

Responsibilities

• Highly organized and can prioritize multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Develop relationships with the proposal team and other departments to meet dynamic project demands.
• Manage proposal development and production from RFP receipt to contract award.
• Help develop a win-strategy for each pursuit.
• Ability to research and interview technical staff to create original compelling marketing content (project descriptions, project approach or processes).
• Lead and/or participate proposal teams to an efficient, effective product through application of best practice milestones for RFP analysis, kickoff, development, reviews, publications, and production.
• Fully develops proposal layouts with incorporation and adherence of style guides and branding.
• Fully develops graphics to support the written material.
• Proofreading, editing and standardizing of proposal content.
• Provide overall quality assurance of proposal response/process; ensure Engage Contracting’s branding, style guides and best practices are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and/or equivalent 5 years of experience
• 5 years of experience with proposal and presentation planning, layout, drafting proposal content, graphics, and editing.
• High degree of proficiency with Adobe Suite.
