As a Proposal Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire proposal development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and winning proposals.

Responsibilities{​{:}

  • Manages proposal preparation to U.S. Federal Government RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, IDIQs, and task orders from receipt through submissio
  • n
  • Develop proposals by assembling information including project objectives/outcomes/deliverables, proposal schedule, implementation, writing assignments for internal and external resources, methods, staffing, standards of performance, and evaluatio

  • Writes, revises, and edits drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credential

  • Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and need
  • s
  • Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering writing, review, and approva

  • Enters and monitors tracking data for multiple proposal statu

  • Coordinates requirements with contributors, contributes proposal status information to gate reviews and team reviews, and transmits the proposal

  • Creates and coordinates data calls to be sent and received from teammates and partner

  • Submits solicitation amendments to proposal team and partner

  • Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of informatio

  • Coordinates submissions and collection

  • Identifies and communicates risks associated with proposal

  • Prepares presentations by evaluating text and graphic

  • Maintains quality results by using templates, following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and ton

  • Obtains approvals by reviewing proposals with key providers and project manager

  • Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate, and implements change

  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request

  • Contributes to the creation and organization of multiple proposal management tools including the past performance library, the proposal boilerplate, and the master acronym lis

Requirement


    s
  • BS, in English, Journalism, Liberal Arts, and/or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degre
  • e
  • Eight or more years more of experience responding to Government proposal
  • s
  • Ability to manage multiple efforts at one tim
  • e
  • Prior experience with Federal Government proposal response
  • s
  • Excellent written communication, coordination, and presentation skill
  • s
  • Must be able to work independently to put together content into a compliant proposa

  • Expertise in full cycle proposal writin

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suit
