Proposal Analyst
The Proposal Analyst is responsible for the assessment, planning and on-time completion of assigned request for proposal (RFP) projects, consultant questionnaires and other information requests. The Proposal Analyst completes these projects in accordance with client requirements and company standards to help the company win business.
Knowledge and Skills
- Research, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English
Experience Required
- Proposal writing experience strongly preferred.
- Documentation or other large-document production experience preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Office 365 tools preferred.
Education Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, English, or Journalism.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Initiating, planning, and executing RFP projects, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Research & Collaboration: Using proposal automation tools, researching answers, and collaborating with subject matter experts and the pricing team.
- Writing & Communication: Writing new answers, translating technical information, and communicating value propositions clearly.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies, managing RFP printing, shipping, and electronic file preparation.
