Position Summary

We are seeking a Property Operations Manager who will embody our commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences in the heart of Hanoi. This role requires someone who can balance operational excellence with the creation of a warm, community-oriented atmosphere. Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management & Guest Experience

• Create a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere across our properties
• Ensure consistent high standards of cleanliness and modern design aesthetics
• Develop personalized guest experiences that connect visitors with authentic local culture
• Implement flexible solutions for both short-term and long-term stays
• Prepare strategic approaches for the upcoming low season

Operational Excellence

• Coordinate regular cleaning and maintenance schedules
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes across all properties
• Implement technology solutions to streamline operations
• Develop standardized procedures while allowing for personalization
• Create a co-living atmosphere that appeals to younger guests

Financial Management

• Monitor all revenue streams and payment processing
• Develop low-season pricing and occupancy strategies
• Balance cost-effectiveness with maintaining high-quality experiences
• Present regular financial reports with transparency
• Maximize property revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction

Team Leadership

• Build a service-oriented team culture focused on guest satisfaction
• Train staff to provide warm, personalized service with Vietnamese hospitality
• Foster a collaborative work environment with open communication
• Empower staff to solve problems and enhance guest experiences
• Maintain harmonious relationships with all stakeholders

QualificationsRequired

• 2+ years experience in hospitality or property management
• Strong understanding of the Hanoi accommodation market
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Experience with booking platforms and property management systems
• Ability to create a welcoming community atmosphere
• Knowledge of Vietnamese hospitality traditions

Preferred

• Experience with both serviced apartments and short-term rentals
• Understanding of creating lifestyle experiences beyond basic accommodation
• Familiarity with Vietnamese cultural nuances in hospitality
• Experience with low-season management strategies
• Knowledge of integrating local culture into guest experiences
