About us Big Day Event Services is a small business in Greenville, SC. Our goal is to offer professional wedding and event planners for everything from day-of-coordinator only, to full service wedding & event planning. We have two venue properties and we are looking for someone to be the property/maintenance manager for both properties. . Responsibilities: Supervise facility repairs and maintenance work. Supervise custodial, groundskeeping, and janitorial staff and contractors. Supervise the cleaning of areas in the workplace. Assess workplace and building safety issues, such as hazards and fire risks. Be a leader and mentor to other facility workers. Respond to emergency situations at the workplace.
