About The Role
As Property Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team while ensuring our residents have a high-quality, affordable place to call home and access to programs that enhance their quality of life. Your work will directly impact individuals and families by maintaining the highest standards of property management while fostering inclusive communities.
About Your Impact
Drive operational excellence and financial performance across your property
Build and lead a high-performing team
Develop strong relationships with residents and staff
Oversee maintenance, marketing, and leasing initiatives
Manage budgets and financial planning
Ensure compliance with housing regulations
Create innovative solutions to complex challenges
About You
7+ years of property management experience
Knowledge of federal and local affordable housing regulatory requirements
Strong leadership abilities and team-building skills
Excellence in resident relations and communication
Track record of successful property operations
