Property Manager - Dallas

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Manager to oversee our industrial properties in Dallas and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation and management of properties while maximizing return on investment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of industrial properties in Dallas and some of our more remote properties
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and standards
• Develop and manage property budgets, including revenue forecasting and expense tracking
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
• Liaise with tenants to address concerns and ensure tenant satisfaction
• Prepare variance reports and analyze financial performance
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for the properties
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Travel up to 30% of the time
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in industrial properties
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial reporting
• Ability to manage budgets and provide variance analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges and reporting
