Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at AVAN PROPERTIES, L.L.C. located in Houston, TX. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, lease agreements, and property inspections.

Qualifications

• Property Management, high rise, and Lease Management skills

. Lease up experience

A class property experience

• Tenant Relations and Customer Service skills
• Maintenance Coordination and Property Inspection skills
• Rent Collection and Financial Management skills
• Experience with property management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fiel
