Property Management Assistant Position Overview And Responsibilities

• Assist with all administrative functions related to purchasing and property maintenance
• Maintain documentation for purchase orders, maintenance Requests, property inspections
• Maintain property entry systems for all assigned properties
• Assist in preparation, documentation for all HUD NSPIRE inspections
• Prepare outgoing mail, labels, and envelopes
  
  

Property Management Qualifications

• One year of previous successful experience in an administrative support role
• Knowledge of general office practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and with a positive attitude.
  
  

Proven skills in organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
