Role Overview:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of property management, from financial administration to maintenance coordination and tenant relations. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in real estate with a reputable company.

Essential Functions & Skill Requirements:

  • Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with AppFolio or Yardi is a significant plus.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide timely and professional assistance to walk-in visitors, handle heavy phone and email inquiries, and maintain positive tenant relations.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, monitor and analyze income and expenses, prepare and distribute financial statements, and perform general clerical duties.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and property services, generate work orders, dispatch vendors, and follow up on ongoing projects. Explain and demonstrate maintenance concepts to tenants.
  • Property Inspections: Perform routine site visits and inspections to maintain a thorough understanding of our property portfolio.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable transportation for property visits and other job-related tasks.
