TPG Management is fast growing, New Jersey base Property Manager, and we’re looking for a self-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to fuel that growth. You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, booking meetings, and helping drive new property management contracts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold call, cold email, and outbound prospect daily.
  • Book meetings for the Business Development Manager to close deals.
  • Add 5–7 qualified leads to the pipeline each week.
  • Attend 3–5 virtual real estate and business networking meetings weekly.
  • Help add 150+ properties under management in Year 1 of Employment.

Success Metrics:

30% close rate on active, qualified leads.

Consistent, proactive lead generation and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • 2+ years of sales experience (required).
  • Strong outbound/outside sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and goal-driven.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
