Responsibilities/Qualifications include:

  • Assist assigned property director with sending letters, violations, work orders, scheduling and preparing for meetings, etc.
  • Heavy email and phone correspondence with home owners and board members of condo associations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Previous experience in property management field (or related) a plus
