Description
We are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team located in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be vital in managing customer applications, keeping customer records up to date, and addressing customer queries. You will also be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and initiating necessary actions. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process client property applications in a timely manner
- Keep meticulous records of customer property accounts
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding property administration
- Monitor customer property accounts closely and initiate action when needed
- Perform receptionist duties as required, enhancing the overall customer workplace experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in property administration or a related field
- Proficient in receptionist duties including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing front-desk operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Familiarity with property management software would be a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent, higher degree would be a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations would be advantageous
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented demeanor with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
