Jackie Meza with Robert Half is searching for a meticulous Property Accountant to be a part of a team in Stockton, California, United States. The Property Accountant will be primarily tasked with handling customer financial transactions, ensuring accurate record keeping, and addressing customer queries. Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Uphold GAAP accounting principles in all financial transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in accrual accounting procedures.
• Handle account reconciliation activities.
• Respond to and resolve customer financial inquiries.
• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions when needed.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Demonstrated expertise in Accrual Accounting
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation processes and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of the General Ledger
• Ability to prepare and analyze Monthly Financial Statements
• Solid understanding of GAAP Accounting
• Familiarity with fundamental Accounting Principles
