Job Summary

In this role, you will spearhead the AEC Generative AI program, leading a cross-functional team towards achieving groundbreaking innovation in AI/ML applications for the AEC sector. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AEC tools by driving strategic initiatives, fostering partnerships, and optimizing design processes to generate significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the AEC Generative AI Leadership team to operationalize and execute vision-aligned projects.
• Lead key cross-organizational special projects ensuring alignment with overarching strategic goals.
• Cultivate and expand partnerships across functions to achieve superior technical implementations.
• Champion continuous learning within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Navigate project bottlenecks, oversee escalations, and balance project needs against technical constraints.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Profound experience in Program Management and Strategic Planning in a technical environment.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies and their application in commercial product development.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making and collaborative culture.
  
  

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in the AEC industry, with a sound understanding of products (e.g., Revit), and familiarity with AEC data schemas and standards is highly desirable.
