Description

We are seeking a Project/Program Manager I to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a Project/Program Manager I, you will play a key role in coordinating and completing projects and programs. You will be tasked with monitoring all aspects of these projects and programs, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and tracking the progress of each project. The role also involves preparing detailed reports for upper management on the status of each project or program. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time and to specification
• Assign tasks and set deadlines for each project or program
• Monitor the progress of each project or program, making adjustments as necessary
• Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management on the status of each project or program
• Utilize a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures in managing projects and programs
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve project and program goals
• Lead and direct the work of others involved in the projects or programs
• Foster creativity and latitude in project and program execution
• Maintain quality assurance management practices throughout the project or program lifecycle
• Coordinate tasks and responsibilities amongst project or program team members.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Possess strong planning skills to develop and implement project plans effectively
• Knowledgeable in procedures, capable of designing and maintaining project documentation
• Demonstrated ability to monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
• Familiarity with industry practices, ensuring projects align with standard guidelines
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports on project status and milestones
• Excellent coordination skills to manage project teams and stakeholders
• Creativity in problem-solving and strategizing to overcome project hurdles
• Experience in QA Management, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
