• Know your way around a computer and all that comes with it Google drive, documents, excel, emails etc.
• Knowledge about quarterly tax filings a plus
• People person with outgoing personality who loves to talk to customers
• Keeping track of schedules and appointments as needed
• Need to be organized and have the ability to MULTI-TASK
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are MUST

Basic Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and through email.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and follow up with clients as needed
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Develop and maintain client and billing files
• Maintain contact lists
• Ability to enter Invoices and file correctly
• Assist with Sales and Contracts
