An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably knowledgeable and experienced individual to support the Optimising Workstreams and Transformation Programmes in Acute Services, working whole system to support the Associate Director & Acute Leadership Team in driving forward the national Reform agenda priorities through our Annual Delivery Plans and longer-term Acute Services strategic plan.

The post will provide project & administrative support to the Associate Director & Programme Manager for Optimising & Reform, and the wider Acute Leadership Team.

The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including meetings and diary management for the Associate Director & Acute Services Leadership Team. The post holder will work closely with the Associate Director for Optimising Workstreams to support a range of Initiatives. This will include interacting directly with a variety of teams across NHS Tayside, Scottish Government, Health & Social Care Partnerships.

You will have a combination of good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and excellent time management skills.

Applicants should have a positive, team working approach and possess good IT skills.

Hours of work are: 37 per week
