Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing a construction project. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, scheduling, and coordination; supervising and managing on-site personnel; monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes; and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
Experience in construction project management and on-site supervision
Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
OSHA certification or other relevant certifications/training is a plus
