e2 engineers seeks a Project Structural Engineer in our New London, CT or Concord, MA locations. The Project Structural Engineer will work on a mixture of small, medium, and large-scale projects, performing analysis and design at the direction of senior staff. Typical duties will include analysis and design of traditional and progressive structural systems, preparation of reports, technical specifications, and construction documents, site visits, and construction administration. Travel along the eastern seaboard and the central United States may be required.
Requirements
BS or MS degree from an ABET accredited university in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
0-2 years of experience in Structural Engineering, preferably in a consulting environment.
Proficiency with structural software including RISA, ETabs, Bluebeam,, and other specialty software, as well as fluency working in Revit (BIM software.)

Ability and willingness to learn.
License/Certification:
Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) Certification or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
Ability and motivation to obtain Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) License
Working Conditions:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience
