该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities Project Solution ▪ Collect and prepare the technical requirements for customized project solution ▪ Prepare Bidding Construction Drawings (standard product and corresponding cross-sections) ▪ Design drawings 2D/3DWindow ▪ Define specification to adapt Facade Solution to Chinese Construction standards ▪ Communicate with WICONA Project Service team Building Physics / Technical Studies ▪ Thermal/Accoustic calculations ▪ Static Calculation / Structural calculation ▪ Contact with WICONA Building Physics teams Prescription ▪ Develop network of prescribers (Façade Consultant, Designers) ▪ Implement HBS tools to facilitate WICONA prescription (BIM) ▪ Communicate with Consultants latest development of WICONA offer WICTOP Software ▪ Support on New Product Input in Software (Software parameters) ▪ Continuous Improvement to make software easy to use by Estimators/Fabricators ▪ Ensure Software updates roll-out (internally and externally) ▪ Contact to Hydro Building System Digital Team

Qualification Education: ▪ Bachelor/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering Experience: Essential ▪ At least 5 years working experience in Windows & Doors or Façade industry ▪ Knowledgeable about windows, doors and facade national standard ▪ Knowledgeable with windows and doors fittings ▪ Knowledgeable about construction software such as Autodesk, Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD 3D, Robot, Rhino ▪ Experience with BIM design Plus ▪ Experience as Project Manager in Façade Company ▪ Experience with Foreign Branded Products in Foreign Company (USA or Europe )

Skills: ▪ Excellent communication skills ▪ Autonomy, initiatives ▪ Excellent listening skills ▪ Hands on with passion for Construction and windows & doors and facade industry ▪ Proficient with construction design tools (AutoCAD, 3D rendering, Inventor, BIM) ▪ Excellent knowledge of Building Physics (thermal, structure, acoustic, ventilation) ▪ Mandarin Native ▪ English fluent (written and spoken）
