Job Title: Project Site Administrator - Construction
Location: Roseville
Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Site Administrator with prior construction industry experience to support daily field operations. This role is essential in keeping the jobsite organized, compliant, and connected to the main office. You'll handle a variety of administrative and logistical tasks while ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Compliance Support
Collect and organize daily field reports from superintendents and foremen
Maintain permits, insurance documents, safety training records, and other compliance files
Gather crew timecards, verify accuracy, and input data into the payroll system
Oversee jobsite sign-ins for subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and visitors
Site & Office Coordination
Order and stock office and site supplies (PPE, printer supplies, kitchen items, etc.)
Handle incoming/outgoing packages and mail
Coordinate toolbox talks and safety meetings
Tools & Systems You'll Use
Construction software
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Timekeeping platforms
What We're Looking For:
Must have prior experience working in construction
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable interfacing with field crews, superintendents, subcontractors, and the corporate office
